Services and Charges

Spring Care PAs provide a comprehensive range of personal care and practical support services to Adults over the age of 18; those with sensory impairment, mental health problems or physical disabilities; people with eating disorders; people with learning difficulties or autistic disorder; people recovering from misuse of drugs or alcohol; people with Acquired Brain Injury; and to people who require reablement services after a stay in hospital or to those who are terminally ill.

  • Personal Care, assisting with:
    • Bathing
    • Dressing
    • Meal Preparation and Feeding
    • Continence management

  • Assistance with cleaning, shopping, errand running, letter writing, paying bills etc.
  • Companionship and Assisted Breaks
  • Home from hospital reablement
  • Palliative care

As everyone’s needs and requirements are different it would be impossible for us to list all of the things we could do to help make improvements to your life. We would be happy to discuss your needs with you as an individual and will design a Care Plan to suit you. If we need to and if it’s practical to do so, we will train our staff in specialist areas to ensure that we can meet your needs.

Summary of Charges

Spring Care’s fees and charges for home care services may vary according to where the Service User lives. We have different rates for pop-in visits, hourly calls, daily rates, 24 hour care or overnight stays. Our minimum visit time is 30 minutes.

We would be delighted to discuss our charges with you in more detail and provide a quote without obligation to use our services.

We provide care for different types of Service Users:

  • Private Funding
  • Direct Payments
  • Social Services funding
  • NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC)

Spring Care is exempt from VAT as a state-regulated private welfare institution/agency, therefore VAT is not added to our charges.

What we do

We will carry out the tasks for our Service Users that perhaps a close friend or relative might ordinarily do. We will provide these Personal Care and Personal Assistant services in a trained, professional, knowledgeable and caring way.
